Write or Die for WordPress is a plugin that encourages forces you to write.
It tackles procrastination in the most direct way possible. If you stop typing for five seconds, your words are deleted. This is not a metaphor. It actually deletes them.
The idea is simple. Remove the safety net and force momentum. Surprisingly effective. Mildly terrifying.

- Friendlier, but still ominous, warning messages
- Flashing red animations so you know your work is actively being destroyed
- A pause button, for humans and the weak-willed
- A toggle so your site visitors can experience the same gentle panic
- A logo, which officially means the project is basically finished
