Validation error

    Hi Jamie
    First just some feedback – I found the videos that i was trying to load took hours to upload on woocommerce and then failed – so I compressed using a programme called Handbrake and all appears to be going smoothly

    However when I try to buy a video I get the following response
    I haven’t been able to resolve this

    Validation error: PayPal IPN response from a different email address (Ray@goodlifeskills.net). Order status changed from pending to on-hold.

    can you help?

    Hi Ray,

    It sounds like you have the wrong email address for your paypal account in woocommerce settings.
