This is my first time in the forum. I hope I am not asking something that has been dealt with before but anyway, here goes:
It seems the default space/size for a header in canvas (woothemes) is very small (and narrow) How would one re-size it to place a decent size header of say 1000pix by 490 pix (or whatever the site width is)
Also, is it possible to put different headers of the same size on different pages? – Even better, would it be possible to put a sliding header on site built with canvas?

Good to see you on the forums. Here are your answers.
1) Header size –
a) You can change the width by going to Canvas/Theme Options/Layout
b) You can change the height by going to Canvas/Theme Options/Header and increasing (or decreasing) the Header Padding Top/Bottom
Let me know if that is what you are after :)

I think you probably forgot to get back to me on how to make a header image responsive?
I have managed to get everything else to look great on mobile but not a header image.

The way I would do this is to swap out the header to a different image for mobile devices.
Does that make sense?
JamieMarch 20, 2015 at 12:12 pm #19133
I think so. Not sure how to do that but will try.

Sorry, I have no idea how to go about doing this.
Can you explain?

The easiest way would be to use our Canvas page customizer plugin :)

i bought the plugin a while ago. Are you saying I can “swap out the header to a different image for mobile devices.” with it?
