Just to reclarify if needed: leadershipagenda.org is an existing site we want to keep, we want to build a new site (innovationreboot.org) and had hoped we could start this by setting up an identical mirror of leadershipagenda and then modify it.
I regret not, the original request (to them) was as below, based on their so called business package of x3 site hosting, where we had taken up x1 on leadershipagenda.org

we have small site with hosting set up with you on http://www.leadershipagenda.org.
Can you please advise how to/or help with:
1. Set up hosting on http://www.innovationreboot.org (we have domain with you and understand we can have x2 sites in the package).
2. Easily transfer or copy the entire word-press site (as-is) from its current place at leadershipagenda.org to an identical set up at innovation reboot.org.”

“However, as it is a WordPress site then I would recommend contacting the WordPress support/forums or simply searching online because there will be other things to take into consideration too such as updating the sites URL, to the reflect the new domain name being used.

Then went to web wsearch which is how we got to recommendation of using BackupBuddy but this seams not to work.
Thanks for the thought, I have exchanged about x5 mails/tickets with them and regret they are not willing to do anything meaningful (much less helpful than I remember them last time I asked). They just tell me files are missing (from the back-up buddy xfer, but not how to fix…)
