    Hi Jamie,

Fine on desktop but on a Galaxy S3 mini I’m getting a ton of white space at page-top with just the title showing above the fold & this could give a negative impression.
It’s a while since I built the page so I don’t know what I did that would have given this effect.

    Cheers.

    Hi Nigel,

I suspect this might be because you are using quite an old version of Canvas – can you try upgrading and see if this fixes things.

    Thanks for that Jamie,
I subscribed to Woo after your training course and downloaded a zillion themes but not knowing anything about any of them I just use Canvas and didn’t renew my subscription. I ‘ll have to find my Woo logins.

    Cheers.

After a bit more digging I’ve figured it out. On a Galaxy S3 mini (not sure about other small phones yet) the navigation menu exists on an extension of the web page out to the left of the phone screen. This nav menu takes up vertical space on the whole of the page extension and the main page, thus pushing the main page content downwards below the fold. With having seven pages, some with long titles, there is a big menu making lots of white space.
I had previously done away with the header using {display none because the menu gives all of the required info about content meaning there’s nothing much to see when the visitor hits the site.
I might do away with the menu altogether and install individual buttons same as I’ve added at page-bottom.
