Jamie, yesterday I had a lightbulb moment. I think I’d envisaged having one site which did everything for me – storefront, social network, the lot. What I perceive now is that I really need three installations of WP – one holding my traditional
Site and underpinning everything else, one for my store and a third for my social network. Now the two “child sites” would be subdomains, in terms of structure and to the casual user I want to create an experience where they don’t feel they’ve moved from one site to the other. So far, so relatively straightforward. My question is would I need three discreet vaultpress services to back this up? That being the case, it may get very pricey!

Sounds good :) but yes each site will need it’s own licence :( of Vaultpress
