Site migration error using BackupBuddy 2Steve Hammond

    Hi,

I am attempting to migrate my website using the BackupBuddy plugin but when trying to migrate my selected backup file, it displays the following error message:

‘Status: Error #54849545. Unable to determine which backup is migrating. Please try again.’

I have tried this a few times now with no success. I have checked the settings of the remote destination (Hosted by Heart Internet), to where the files would be transferred. I have also tested the settings and they are successful so I see no reason why it wouldn’t work.

I hope that there is something simple and obvious that I am missing here.

    Please help!

    Hi Steve,

Sorry to push you to another site – but have you logged this with iThemes? BackupBuddyy is a commercial plugin so they should be able to support you directly.

    Hi Jamie,

    Thanks for your reply.
I have indeed logged the issue with iThemes and received a reply with some things to try.

In the end we just followed the manual migration method.
