Jamie set up our first site which we use to try things out (and will be my personal site eventually). The paypal works fine on this site, goes all the way to my paypal account when I do a dummy buy: http://www.verticalbrain.com However, on the site we need to go live in a couple of weeks as 5,000 books are about to arrive – the Paypal shop isn’t working properly. This one: http://www.fotovue.com ( I transfered all the original content across a few weeks ago) I can add to cart OK, view cart is fine as is proceed to checkout but then when I proceed to paypal it says: Error Detected: Your shopping cart is empty. I’ve checked the settings in Woo Commerce on both sites and the seem identical. Anyone an ideas what I have done wrong? All the best, Mick Ryan – a WP learner August 6, 2014 at 8:31 am #15459 Jamie MarslandKeymaster Hi Mick, I’ve not seen this before but a couple of things to check 1) Are running the latest running of WooCommerce 2) Are you running any plugins that could be causing a problem – it might be worth deactivating all unnecessary ones and running another test Jamie August 6, 2014 at 8:39 am #15460 MichaelMember Thanks Jamie. It’s working on the verticalbrain site so it could be the plug-ins I’ve loaded up to fotovue but not on verticalbrain. I’ll get the latest Woo Commerce too. Thanks for having a look. And we still have the Welsh 3,000ers to do! All the best, Mick August 6, 2014 at 8:43 am #15461 MichaelMember Success. Thanks so much Jamie. The Woocommerce update worked. I have a dodgy ankle – can still run sometimes. I will get it sorted and when this book launch is done let’s sort a weekend out.
