Hi Jamie, I’m having particular trouble with a site I am working on, whereby each time I make a change to a plugin (in this case two different maintenance plugins, just in case it was the plugin causing the issue, I changed it) I get a server not responding message for hours on end before it finally comes back. I am in the unfortunate situation of that the client I am working for organised their own hosting (via a friend) and I didn’t do the wordpress install, and don’t have access to raise a support issue with the hosting company (DreamHost). Because of my lack of experience I really don’t know where to go with this. I’ve done extensive web searches and haven’t found anything that will help, what direction should I take this in, have you ever heard of this? Many thanks, Sarah.
