    Hi Jamie
Here is another question relating to my website http://www.goodlifeskills.net.
PayPal works well except for one problem. This is best explained if you can take a look at the site and go to “yoga for children” on the dashboard/products. You will see that I have reduced the price to 10p in case you wanted to experiment. By the way I will send you my username and password by email so that you can get into the dashboard

If you look at “yoga for children” you will see that under “advanced/purchase note” I have added the following:

“Click here to view the video:
    http://goo.gl/bjzuoC
    Your password is:
    Kx74v3
This password is active for 6 months

The journey of 1000 leagues begins with the first step and the first step is a training video”

When I originally set this up a purchaser received from Paypal an emailed receipt which included this message. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. Can you see any obvious reason?
    All the best
    Ray

    Hi Ray,

Sorry I’m not sure why paypal isn’t sending the advanced information anymore. Have you tried contacting them to see if they have changed the way they are sending order confirmations?

    Hi Jamie

I am now trying a simpler approach to solving my problem. This problem is that the email confirmation does not contain a link for the customer to follow
    .
A simpler method would be for my Digital product to be a PDF file that shows a link to the Vimeo video EG

I’ve tried this out and it should be simple but I still can’t get a link included in the email confirmation
    Any thoughts
    All the best

    Hi Ray,

One way to do this would be to have the product as a pdf (virutal product on woocommerce) and then the pdf could have the link in.

    That should work,
