Hi there, I am having problems with the right hand borders of my images being cut off when building pages in pagebuilder. I have solved the issue on most of the pages by adding some padding. However on my home page I can’t seem to get rid of the problem even with padding. If you look at the three images along the bottom you will notice the last image (the one to the right) always has it’s border cut off. You notice it more on the red teacup image, if you refresh the page until the red cup appear on the right you will see what I mean. To produce this gallery to pop up slider I am using a plugin called ‘foogallery’. However, I have tried various plugins to so a similar job and they all cut the righthand border off. I have spent too long on this now trying to fix it so some assistance would be very grateful, Many thanks. You can see the problem here http://www.nannysshieldaig.com/

Hi Jamie, thank you, and thank you for getting back to me. Unfortunately I haven’t managed to fix it. If you look at the three images on the home screen along the bottom, the one on the far right has it’s right hand white border cut off. It isn’t that obvious, but I know it isn’t right. The images move each time the screen is refreshed, so it might be that you will have to refresh the screen until the red cup image gets to the right hand side, this image is the one which shows the glitch the best.

If you want to login and have a look at the page that’s fine, I don’t mind if you mess things up, I can always put it back and the site isn’t live.

    Hi,

It looks like you are using a custom gallery plugin for this so it’s a bit difficult to say what is causing the problem.

Hi Jamie, thank you for getting back to me. It isn’t the plugin that is causing the problem though because I have the same thing happen on all images and on all pages, not just the ones which use the plugin. If you look at this page http://www.nannysshieldaig.com/shieldaig/ you will see the border on the right of the image has been cut off. To solve the problem, I have been adding padding of at least 2px each time I use an image, which is okay, except that it doesn’t always solve solve it i.e when using galleries. Thanks for any further help. Angie

Hi Jamie, here is a link to a draft page which doesn’t use pagebuilder to build the page. There are no border problems. http://www.nannysshieldaig.com/?page_id=139&preview=true

    Hi Angie,

I added a bit of padding around the image and it looks like it’s working ok http://www.nannysshieldaig.com/shieldaig/

The actual image size looks bigger than it’s container so i think this may have been the issue,

I also ran a test on inserting a normal wordpress gallery and again this looks like it’s working ok http://www.nannysshieldaig.com/test/

    Let me know

Hi Jamie, Thank you for taking the time to look at this for me, it is very much appreciated. I will take a look at the image size and the plugin again. If I have to swop the plugin, are you able to recommend a plugin which will do the same thing and is compatible with Canvas, I can’t see anything on the woocommerce website which will produce the same effect? Thanks again for your valued time, Angie
