I am building a sales page here. http://teachwhatyoudo.com/launchnew/
PageBuilder Premium ver 2.5.1
Woo Canvas Theme ver 5.9.11 with Framework ver 6.2.8
I got this far and now cannot add any new rows or modules. It appears I’ve added them in the editor, but when I save the WordPress page the changes are gone.
I have tried turning off ALL plugins except for the pagebuilder and I still cannot save new additions.
I have tried using the WordPress 2016 theme instead of Canvas and I still cannot save new additions.
I did put in a ticket on this but am desperate to get this done so posting here, too, in case someone else is familiar with this.
I actually made this landing page several months ago with the Pootle Canvas Page Builder–but after updating to the new plugin that page now is no longer full width. I tried editing each row to full width but the changes don’t save. Here is what it looks like now: http://teachwhatyoudo.com/make-your-own-ecourse/
I also tried bring that old page into a new page using “Use Existing Page Layout Button” — it looks like it came in wonderfully — but doesn’t save. Thus, I’d started rebuilding it completely . . . until I ran into the problem of being unable to save.
Appreciate help.August 24, 2016 at 2:48 pm #39932
When I originally submitted the ticket for this I put priority as medium — but that was Sunday and it’s now escalated to high. I have a sales page that used to work and now doesn’t since my move over to Premium Pages Builder. I can’t even recreate it because of the row-limit problem. I keep pushing back launch date but now I need it — or I need to know if I need to build a new site and throw up a Divi theme on it and hire someone to convert the page. I got an email from someone yesterday asking for login credentials — which I sent. But they’ve never used them to log in or replied. I can’t find a ticket system for checking up on things. I would be so grateful for help. DebbieMay 4, 2017 at 4:05 pm #43620
