I don’t know what I have done but I now have two primary menus in Canvas. I have a top menu which is different but what ever amendments I make to the primary menu (eg colour, headings etc) are replicated twice above each other. If I delete the menu, both disappear. Any thoughts?

    Hi Rob,

Sounds like you have both primary and top menu selected in menu settings. Can you check there.

    Hi Jamie

I have Canvas Extension – Menu Customizer Version 2.0.1 installed and active.

The second menu appears when I activate ‘Pootlepress Menu Pack’ (but ironically does not appear if I activate Pootlepress Menu Double Line’).

Is the point that I only need one of these activated?

    Thanks
    Rob

    Hi Rob,

That’s sounds like it might be a bug. Could you first check that you are running the latest version of Canvas and the WooFramework.

If you still have an issue could you email @pootlepress.com">support@pootlepress.com as we dedicated support team and process for our plugins :)

    Many thanks,
    Jamie

    Hi Rob,

Just checking in to see whether you got this one fixed?

    Hi Jamie

Afraid not. Duncan suggested deactivating all widgets and re-activating. Yep – it was Pootlepress Menu Pack. It must be a setting or something but I am missing it, if it is that.

    Thanks
    Rob
