I am running Canvas 5.8.1 with my homepage set to the widget template. This allows me to populate the homepage with its own content, the business slider and the magazine grid, a beautiful and very functional combination for my needs.

To see it on the site, visit http://www.evince-vle.co.uk

I understand the issue Woo has with the slider’s full width in widget mode. It’s a shame but nothing to be done about it until the Woo Masters sort it out. But in the meantime it would help me to be able to at least de-emphasise the fact that the slider is not full width by removing the slider border. Can you advise how I can do this please?

    Thanks

    Nic

PS – I am running the ‘top align’ menu from the Pootlepress menu pack. Looks fantastic, good job!

    Hi Nic,

Have you considered using our Canvas PageBuilder plugin. This would allow you to have a full width slider, and magazine grid, and anything else you want :)

    Here’s the link

Let me know if that makes sense,

    ps the site looks great!

I have added the pagebuilder plugin and it looks great. But it hasn’t allowed me to make the slider full page sadly. I tried it with the business slider, still not full size and so installed wooslider but again it wouldn’t allow it to go to full size.

As you can see it isn’t full width yet :( What else do I need to do with pagebuilder to achieve full width please?

    Thanks

    Nic

    Hi Nick,

Do you have our Page Customizer plugin? With this you can set pages to be full width.
