    Hi Jamie,

    I have been having some problems with responsiveness when I upload an image into the “Header Background Image” box in Canvas/Styling & Layout/Header.

    When I view the site in an iPod or iPad, the background image is not responding very well. The padding I need for this image (200px) to display properly on a computer browser seems to maintain a fixed padding height across various mobile devices. In other words, the height of the header, as viewed on an iPod, is disproportionately high as compared to other content.

    First, is this the correct way to upload an image to the header area? Is there any other way to upload an image? I have been successful with the code below but it also seems to require the addition of padding, which again renders the header disproportionately high on mobile devices.

    .home #header {
    background: url(http://mac-multimedia-studio.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/banner21.jpg) no-repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;

    Also, could you respond to Stephen’s question, above, about whether it would be possible to put a sliding header on site built with canvas?

    Hi Ry,

    Is this the website in question http://mac-multimedia-studio.com.

    It seems to work fine when i look at it on a mobile device?

    Are you still having issues?
