    Hi

I had a look at your 10 Beautiful WooThemes Canvas Website designs page and like what Website #6 Grand Trunk has done. Grand Trunk’s live site is now different but do you know how they setup those boxes ‘Tents’ etc?
    Thanks
    Rob

    Hi Rob,

I imagine that was done with some custom code back then. However you could probably achieve that with our Canvas pagebuilder plugin :)

    Hi Jamie

Ha ha – are you copying and pasting that answer? No need to plug Page Builder to me – I’ve bought it and it is great – revolutionized the whole process. Only question now is how do I it… I’ll have to have a play.

    Cheers

    Hi Jamie

I went away and had a little play and came up with a good solution that I was happy with. Then last week you sent me (and everyone else) an email showing a sneak peek of Blog Customizer! What I want to do is have a page about an event and then have a row along the bottom of links to three or four pages ‘you might also be interested in…’. Your square post with the title link at the bottom is exactly what I had visualized. I had created this in effect by creating the image in photoshop and then uploading. I prefer your method. You only spend the last couple of seconds on it but presumably I could pull through a unique page id so that I could micro-manage what is shown in each square?
Also, what is the difference between the Pootle Page Builder and the Canvas Page Builder?

    Thanks
    Rob

    Hi Rob,

There are a few differences between Canvas page builder and Pootle page builder

    1) Pootle page builder will work on any theme :)
    2) Canvas page builder works with widgets. Pootle page builder doesn’t use widgets
    3) Pootle page builder is free

    Hope that helps,

    Jamie
