    I can’t add my testamonials anymore on canvas through the feedback button, no options are showing?

    Hi Jacqueline,

    This could be because of an update, but I’m not 100% sure on the issue you are experiencing.

    Could you let me know a bit more and also the version of Canvas you are using?

    Hi Nick

    Sorry for late reply I’ve been away. I’m using canvas 5.2.6 with woothemes which I am having trouble up dating also, it just won’t! and then I lose the use of my website. I’ve managed to get it back but worried to do it again. Didn’t want to lose the website while I was away.

    Hi Jamie

    Yes I’m trying to add testimonials to my website using the method in your tutorial 13 in canvas master class. It says to use the feedback button but mine doesn’t allow me to use it in the post. It doesn’t give me the same options as in your tutorial. It has in the past. I have also experienced problems with updating woocommerce plugin, it just doesn’t complete which then I lose the function of my website. Not sure if these are both related?

    Hi Jacks,

    Testimonials work slightly differently in the most recent versions of Canvas. What version of Canvas are you using?

    Re WooCommerce: They shouldn’t be related. WooCommerce not updating may be a hosting issue. You may need to contact your hosting co about this one.

    Hi Jamie
    I ‘ve tried to update my woocommerce again and it has frozen again. I don’t understand why, I contacted my hosting and they said my hosting is working fine and maybe its a problem with the plugin! They use PHP 5.3 and they said maybe it’s something to do with that?
    Really need help on this one

    Hi Jacks,

    We are pretty certain this is a hosting issue. Who are you hosting with?

    We’ve updated quite a few sites recently with WooCommerce and had no issues – so this is most likely a server issue.

    In the first instance I would check with the hosting company.

    It would be good to know who they are, just in case other members have had similar issues.
