    When I try to update a page or product in WP/Canvas, I get this message:

    The requested URL was rejected. If you think this is an error, please contact the webmaster.

    Your support ID is: 13826549615442519857

    I’ve unplugged the router, restarted the computer, switched out of Canvas (which seemed to work using generic theme), back into Canvas, and still get the error.

    Hi Victoria,

    This sounds like it could be a hosting issue – if you are still having a problem I would ask your hosting company if they are having server issues,

    This morning all seems to be OK. Not getting the message at all. Go figure.
