    Hi all,
Does anyone know of a great plug in to enable donations to my website. I would like to be able to do the following…
    1. enable a choice of donations eg £10, £20, £30 etc
    2. enable a one-off or yearly recurring payment
    3. Accepts other gateways not just Paypal eg Authorize or Stripe (to enable credit card donations – not everyone has a PayPal acct)
    3. return an reciept to the person who has donated
    4. return a thank you note to the person who has donated.
    5. be able to provide some stats about donations recieved etc.

I found the plug in Give – but it is expensive. ALso found Seamless -but only does PayPal. Have been told Paypal Standard Plug in might be able to do all of this. However, I wonder if Woocommerce or Storefront Pro offer this ability?

    Many thanks for any help

    Hi Ramesh,

Yes you could use WooCommerce for this I guess – you could just create a donation as a product. I haven’t gone down this route but it should work

There is a free version of Give that might be worth a look also https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/give/

    Thanks Jamie.
Yes, as i said in my post, I tried Give – but the free version does not allow recurring payments. For that, you have to pay a whopping $250 per year.

I’m thinking of setting up a subscription on Woo commerce somehow, but don’t know how to do this yet. Have you an easy peasy tutorial?

    Thanks again

    Ramesh
