No problem! Until 31st December 2014, we are happy to refund or discount the amount for any Canvas Extensions you have purchased in the last 6 months. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1: For those in a rush

You can purchase the CX PRO Package immediately. You then need to contact support and request a refund. You will need to include the order numbers of any Canvas Extensions purchased in the last 6 months.

Option 2: If you have more time

You can contact support and we will set up a unique coupon code just for you that gives a discount against the Canvas Extensions you have purchased within the last 6 months. You will need to provide order numbers in the support ticket.

Yes! All customers will get a chance to purchase another year of support and upgrades with a 50% discount before the end of 1 year. If renewal is not taken up before the end of 1 year, it will go back to the full price.
